Public Classes

We do not offer refunds on any purchased public class or gift cards. You are welcome to send someone in your place. 

PRIVATE IN-HOME CLASSES (KID AND ADULT):

Once a private class has been booked, it cannot be refunded. If you need to change the date of your class for any reason, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

Reservation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required two weeks in advance to reserve the party date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event

Cancellation Policy: 

Every effort will be made to reschedule the party in case of illness or weather
The final headcount for number of attendees is due 72 hours prior to the event
